Once you've made your mind up that you may need our services, the rest is easy. You've already completed the hardest part by deciding what you want and then beginning the serch for answeres.
Here's what to do next........
Step1} The first thing you need to do is make contact with our office. This can be done either by phoning our office directly and talking with one of our agents, or e-mailing us with your contact information and we will contact you at your discretion. All communications between you and our agents will be confidential. Our agency knows that a potential client can't always be contacted at their home or place of employment so it is essential that you instruct us as to when, where and how you would like us to contact you. All initial consultaions are free of charge.
Step2} This is anothrer dificult step. You must trust the agent you are speaking with to be discreet and curtious. As you discribe your situations with us please know that we have handled thousands of cases and have talked with people about the suspicions and intimate details of their relationships and understand what you are going though. Be open and honest. Our job is to accertain the facts for you and anything you tell us may help cut down the man hours we spend on the case thus saving you money.
Step3} After we have an idea of what we can do for you we can discuss how many hours we think we will need to complete the task for you. There is no way of being percise. . It would be ideal if the subject of the investigation would do things the same way all the time. Then we could set up surveillance on the person and catch them without any extra time envolved. Unfortunately, it dosn't work that way. They always seem to do things according to thier own schedule. And then there's "Murphy's Law".
We typically discuss a retainer with you that covers a set amount of hours. Please refer to the retainer breakdown on our Ratespage. Then when that retainer is close to running out we discuss with you where we are in the case and see how you would like to proceed. If the case isn't complete at that time,we will ask that another retainer be put in place before we continue our investigation. We have found that this works best for our clients because, 1: they always know where they are financially and 2: there is never a bill to contend with at the end of the case. We find that it also works best for us too. To many people don't want to pay there bill after they find out what they wanted to know and then we all end up in court.
Step 4] If you are local and can meet with us, a meeting is set up. We tend to find our clients are more comfortable meeting in a coffee shop somewhere convient for them. We ask that you bring all pertinent information that will aid us in completeing the case. This information should include a recent picture of the subject as well as a discription of the vehicle they drive and the license plate number if you have it. Also the address of a place for us to find the subject. This enables us to at least have a place to start our investigation. It can be a work or home address or a tavern or place they frequent often. Also any suspecious phone numbers or address's you may have come across. And finally, any other information you think might be useful to the investigation.
After we have discussed all of the information you have provided us, there will be a contract for you to read and sign. This is necessary for us to leagally be retained by you. The contract is simple and there are no hidden clauses that allow us to do anything you aren't expecting us to do.
Once you have read and signed the contract, paid the retainer we are officially hired and begin working on your case immediatly.
If you are not local, and can't meet with us in person, our contract can be provided to you via e-mail or fax. Retainers can be paid by a secure check taken over the phone. This process sounds risky but it is as secure as handing us a check in person and enables us to get to work faster. We have conducted business this way for years and have never had a problem.
There, That wasn't so bad was it.......... Now, let us go to work to find the answers that will help put your mind at ease so that you can make the decisions you need to make, with confidence,knowing that they are the right decisions.
